Our one and only Ali Phattz is today's FORTUNEate Person of the Day. Today Ali Phattz criminal charges were dismissed in Springfield's District Court. So you will be seeing more of Ali Phattz despite the warning on the 5/19/09 blog entry when Ali Phattz warned viewers that he may be gone for a short amount of time. Darnell Shepard
On May 22, 2004 Darnell Shepard, 20 was fatally shot at a Springfield, Massachusetts nightclub. Darnell was attending a sweet 16 when he got into an altercation with another male in the club. Five years later, no arrest have been made for the murder of Darnell Shepard. Darnell was attending Springfield Technical Community College, and was also playing collegiate basketball at the time.
Tragically, Darnell's twin brother Daylan was also murdered in Springfield, Ma on July 11, 2004, the same summer Darnell was killed.
Darnell Shepard was not only a friend of those at Fortune Infinite, he and Daylan were also brothers to us. On this five year anniversary of Darnell's death we at Fortune Infinite would like to say we love you and miss you to Darnell Shepard, and we send our love and prayers to the Shepard family. unFORTUNEately Darnell is not hear to spread the love he had for his friends and family, but he will be remembered through spirit, and memories.
